Presentation of the outcomes of the Project

The Erasmus + Share2Act project celebrates on Monday, 29 November, the presentation of its outcomes:

• The Manual of Best Practices for Professionals Working with People with Problematic Drug Use and/or Addictions, with more than 30 best practices carried out by civil society organisations in Europe and Latin America.
• The project’s website.
